This is a great training plan with 4 workouts/week that are sent to you online. This plan is great for rapid results. For anyone who wants a very comprehensive cardiovascular, strength training, or a mix of the two - whatever pertains to your goals. This plan is completely customized just for you by a certified trainer. Plus 24/7 trainer access for questions and support.You can track your stats, watch your progress and interact 1 on 1 with your trainer as you build strength, lose weight, and achieve your fitness goals.

Paleo meal plan that’s combined with 3 AT (HOME) workouts each week. You don’t even have to step foot in a gym. You’ll receive my coaching on how I meal prep, my favorite Paleo recipes (tried and true), and instruction on how to execute those meals quickly. 70% of weight loss is in the kitchen.
