Melissa is the owner and lead trainer at Fly Away Fitness. Our personal training philosophy goes beyond simply going through the motions and counting reps. It is about making a decision to change your life and taking the necessary steps to make it happen. We take a whole body approach so that our clients will see and feel the personal training benefits. With motivation, dedication and education you can do it and we can help! Changing your life is a journey and we will be there to support you, motivate you and make sure you enjoy every step along the way. Melissa has decided to not just put Fly Away Fitness on the map in Raleigh and Wilmington NC, but to expand her services to the World Wide Web, offering online personal training and nutritional consulting all customized for the individual. Our number one purpose is to deliver rapid results, safer and more efficiently than anyone else around, with an emphasis on longevity. We also believe in the uniqueness of people thus every program is individually designed.  Programs are based on science with a thorough understanding of the human body.

Personalized Programs:  Your personal trainer will design an online training program specifically for YOU based on your individual profile (including age, exercise history, fitness level, goals, available equipment, schedule availability, medical history, etc.). To save time, many diet or fitness programs are based on a general, one-size-fits-all approach and use computer-generated programs. But, most exercisers are more successful at reaching their goals when using a program that is designed just for them. We utilize the extensive profile you provide to develop your customized program so that you are always doing exercises that are just right for YOU. We design programs for all fitness levels, for working out anywhere (home, gym, or on the road), and for use with a variety of exercise equipment or even no equipment at all.
